Guide the arrow through the gaps in Wave Race. A small arrow moves forward through a narrow course, and you only need to control when it rises or falls. After a few seconds, walls, spikes, gears, and moving obstacles.
Wave Race gives you much less freedom than a traditional platform game. You are not freely walking or jumping around the level. The arrow keeps moving forward, while your main job is to control its height by holding and releasing the input.
This makes timing more important than complicated controls. A player who normally relies on fast movement may need to slow down and watch the course instead. The challenge comes from making a small input at the right moment.
Start each level with short taps to test arrow physics. Diagonal movement shifts position fast, so avoid long holds.
Climb early when gaps sit high, or release early when targets drop low. Look past immediate obstacles to check secondary hazards waiting behind them. Watch moving gears carefully, wait for clear windows, and time your entry to avoid sudden crashes.

Wave Race includes 33 main levels, with checkpoints appearing in the courses. These points are useful when a level starts becoming difficult because you can spend more time working on the section ahead.
There are also three modes to explore.
Arrow skins are another small extra. They do not change the basic movement, but they give players a way to change the appearance of the arrow while working through the courses.
