Wake up trapped in a house full of locked doors! Granny Horror 3 is an intense 3D survival horror game. You are held prisoner inside a dark estate guarded by two captors. You need to unlock exit paths within five days. Moving silently through dark corridors keeps you safe from attacks.
What happens if you run out of all five days?
Failing to escape before the fifth day ends results in game over. The captors lock you away permanently and reset your match progress. You must start fresh on day one with new item spawns. Every day lost reduces your margin for error significantly.
Search drawers, shelves, and dark corners for hidden keys. Carry one essential item at a time to your safe room base.
Move slowly across every room to avoid making loud sounds. Memorize main corridors while watching out for creaking floors and bear traps. Crouch constantly to keep your footsteps silent.
Pick the main gate, subway train, or hot-air balloon early. Gather required items specifically for that single exit path.
Granny. Responds fast to dropped objects and loud noises.
Grandpa. Ignores soft sounds, but his shotgun kills instantly.
Other Hazards. Avoid bear traps, the crow, Slendrina, Teddy, and the moat monster.
Dynamic Map Areas. Explore cellars, yards, sheds, moats, and subway tracks.
Five Difficulty Options. Customize hunter aggression from Practice to Extreme mode.

Key items spawn in different drawers and rooms every game. You cannot rely on fixed spots from previous runs. Systematically searching each floor prevents missing crucial exit tools. Dropping discovered keys in a safe room keeps items organized. Methodical exploration ensures steady puzzle progress across all five days.
Harder settings slow your crouch speed. Enemies walk faster and spot you quickly. Managing your movement rhythm becomes crucial on Extreme mode. You must plan shorter sprints between safe hiding spots.
