Flipping for Boosts and Coins

Try to get your boat into the air by going off a ramp or a wave. While in the air, use the controls to spin your boat. Successful flips give you extra coins and a temporary increase in speed. Watch out not to flip too much, or your boat might go under the water. Avoid driving onto the land on the sides of the track, as it will also end your race. You can collect coins floating in the water. These coins can be used to upgrade your flip boost.
